This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game Bss (“the Game”), a multiplayer Baloot card game developed and operated by Alrayah Alraqmiyah Company for Information Technology (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By using the Game, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

1.⁠ ⁠Information We Collect

A. Account Information

When you create an account, we may collect:

•⁠ ⁠Password (securely hashed and never stored in plain text)

•⁠ ⁠Account identifier (User ID)

This information is used to create and manage your account, provide access to the Game, and maintain your game progress.

B. Sign in with Apple

If you choose to sign in using Apple, Apple may provide us with:

•⁠ ⁠A unique user identifier

•⁠ ⁠Email address (if you choose to share it)

We use this information only for authentication and account creation.

C. Gameplay and Usage Data

We may collect limited gameplay-related data such as:

•⁠ ⁠Match results and game statistics

•⁠ ⁠Rankings and progression

•⁠ ⁠Game session information

•⁠ ⁠Device type and operating system

•⁠ ⁠IP address and network information

This data is used to operate matchmaking, improve gameplay experience, and maintain fair play.

D. In-Game Communication (Chat)

The Game includes real-time chat features provided through third-party services (such as Photon Chat).

We may process:

•⁠ ⁠Player identifiers linked to chat sessions

Chat data is used only to provide real-time communication and may be temporarily processed by our service providers for security, moderation, and technical purposes.

2.⁠ ⁠Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers to operate the Game:

•⁠ ⁠Photon Engine – Multiplayer networking and chat

•⁠ ⁠Firebase / Backend Services – Authentication and data storage

•⁠ ⁠Fly.io / Node.js hosting – Backend infrastructure and matchmaking services

•⁠ ⁠Apple Services – Sign in with Apple and App Store services

These providers may process limited data strictly to deliver their services.

3.⁠ ⁠In-App Purchases

At this time, the Game does not include active in-app purchases.

Future updates may introduce optional digital purchases such as virtual items or game content. If this occurs, purchases will be handled securely through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

We do not store or have access to your payment information.

4.⁠ ⁠Children’s Privacy

The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13.

While children may be able to access the Game, it is intended for a general audience and is not specifically designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If we discover that such data has been collected without proper consent, we will delete it promptly.

5.⁠ ⁠Account Deletion and Data Retention

A. Initiating Account Deletion (For Registered Accounts)

We believe you should have full control over your personal data. If you have registered a profile in the Game, you can initiate the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data directly within the Game at any time:

•⁠ ⁠Navigate to the Main Menu of the Game.

•⁠ ⁠Tap the "Gear" (Settings) icon located in the top-left corner.

•⁠ ⁠Select the "Delete Account" option from the settings menu.

•⁠ ⁠A warning prompt will appear. Upon your confirmation, your account and progress will be deleted server-side, and you will be returned to the Login screen.

B. Guest Accounts

If you use the Game as a Guest, we do not collect, link, or store your personal details (such as email addresses or passwords) on our servers. Since no permanent personal data profile is retained, a manual account deletion option is not required for guest users. Simply uninstalling the Game from your device will immediately clear your local session cache and guest data.

C. Data Retention Policy

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Game, matchmaking, and support services. Upon receiving an account deletion request (either initiated in-app or via email), we will verify your identity and permanently delete or anonymize your data—including your account details, gameplay history, rankings, and chat records—within 30 days, unless retaining certain records is strictly required for legal compliance, security auditing, or fraud prevention.

6.⁠ ⁠Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted or stored online.

7.⁠ ⁠Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the Game or updated in the App Store listing. Continued use of the Game means you accept the updated policy.
